I read Napoleon Hill鈥檚 鈥淥utwitting the Devil鈥?and really resonated with the story. I have a lot to say about the book Wholesale Jerseys , but I will stick to the singular point: Indecision is death. Napoleon Hill was struggling. He didn鈥檛 know what to do or what his next step would be. On a walk one night, he received information about what he should do next, from his other self (or his higher-self). He made a decision to follow the guidance of his higher-self and it led to amazing things happening in his life! Back to my decision: I was on the fence about leaving my 9-5 job. I was dealing with non-stop migraines since November 2016 and I had been on short term disability. During that time, our nanny quit and my autistic son started acting worse than ever before. I knew the doctor would not sign any more paperwork unless I agreed to Botox, which intuitively I knew was not a healthy option for me. So I spoke to coaches and mentors, all of whom encouraged me to make a decision either way and stick with it. I even had a conversation with an amazing person who said, 鈥淟ogic and responsibility can trick us sometimes.鈥? He told me not to go backwards. So I made the decision to quit. For the next couple weeks, I started to wonder if I was making the right decision (you know, ego tries to keep you safe with the known instead of the grander possibility of the unknown). So I did what anyone who had made a decision and didn鈥檛 want to waffle back and forth about it would do: I hit send on my resignation letter.
I felt an immediate relief. The stomach ache that had plagued me for weeks was gone. I was able to sleep through the night again. I even stopped grinding my teeth.
It didn鈥檛 matter if I had enough money in the bank, if everything was lined up, I had to make a decision and commit to it. Because when you commit, the Universe shows up to support you. Or rather, 鈥淟eap and the net will appear.鈥?br > Don鈥檛 get stuck in the cycle of, 鈥淟et me think about it a little longer.鈥? You will never stop thinking! Make a decision, get out of that discomfort! Then you can step back and ask, 鈥淒oes this decision serve me?鈥?When asking that question, you haven鈥檛 let the opportunity pass you by. You can always change your mind later, if things no longer serve you.
Here鈥檚 another piece of advice I learned: Define failure for yourself.
What is failure to you? Now don鈥檛 give up on that thing you said yes to until you actually 鈥渇ail鈥?at it. And I guarantee, you won鈥檛 fail. But until you鈥檝e reached the point of failure, you don鈥檛 know if you don鈥檛 try AND you will regret 100% of the shots you don鈥檛 take!
Make a decision. Try something new. Give yourself a chance at success.

Six Sigma professionals use a set of tools and techniques and rely on data and statistics to find out problems and rectify them. However, they don't need to rely on their memory to work on data and statistics. For managing all Six Sigma related data and statistics including root cause analysis (RCA), Minitab has emerged as one of the favorite tools of Six Sigma professionals.
RCA Anyone who works on Six Sigma projects knows what RCA is all about. RCA forms the premise of all Six Sigma projects. This is a method where the root cause of an issue is identified. When it is found out that resolving a factor will prevent an undesirable outcome to recur, it is known as a root cause. Some confuse the root cause factors with causal factors because the latter also affect the outcome of events. Six Sigma training and certification allows an individual to differentiate between the two and focus on the root causes.
RCA consists of four broad principles.
1. Proper definition and description of a problem or an event; 2. Establishment of the timeline between a normal situation and the failure or final crisis; 3. Separation of root causes and causal factors and 4. Execution and implementation until problems can be predicted.
It is important to note that root cause analysis is a reactive method and can only be applied after an event has taken place. However, the insights derived through RCA can preempt future problems. This is the reason this analysis is given high regard.
Minitab RCA involves working on a lot of data and for a normal person, it is not possible to remember and analyze all the data in their head. This is where machines come into the picture. Minitab is a statistical package that was developed at the Pennsylvania State University in 1972. It helps in automating various data calculations and designing of graphs. Thus, the user doesn't need to remember what data they are supposed to work with. Once the data is fed into the package, the user only needs to focus on the data analyses and interpretations.
